All you need to know about ordering with us during the Christmas and New Year period

For orders placed before midnight on 23rd December:

We will endeavour to have your order dispatched on Christmas Eve wherever possible. We will make sure to let you know if anything changes with your order. Please do allow extra time for your order to be delivered, as while the couriers may be collecting, the mail may be held until after Christmas/ Boxing Day.


For orders placed between midnight on December 23rd and Midnight December 27th:

We will be acknowledging the festive holidays and be open for business across limited hours during this period (more information below) and our couriers will operate on a limited pick up and delivery schedule. We will do our best to have any orders placed during this period dispatched upon our return on December 28th.


For orders placed between December 28th and midnight on December 30th:

Again our couriers will operate limited pickups but we will try our very best to dispatch your order on New Years eve.


For orders placed on or after December 31st:

We will acknowledge New Years Day as a holiday and return January second to process and dispatch any remaining orders. 


We will try our best to answer all queries placed during the holiday period, however please allow extra time for a response. We will endeavour to reply to all remaining queries upon our return to the office on January 2nd, where normal business trading will resume. 


In Store opening times:

December 24th: Open to 1pm

December 25th: Closed

December 26th: Closed

December 27th: Closed

December 28th: Open

December 29th: Open

December 30th: Closed

December 31st: Open

January 1st: Closed

January 2nd: Business as usual
