• Cleaning Instructions ‚ after use soak dish in warm or hot water. Then gently wash with a liquid detergent. Do NOT use abrasive cleansing pads or gritty soap powders. Do NOT place empty enamelware or allow to boil dry on any hob. Enamel on steel is hard and strong but like all good ceramic materials it will chip if handled roughly.
