Today, produced in our own workshops at Rand, with power presses and press tools, we offer copper, stainless steel and galvanised steel smokers in two different sizes, the Empire Smoker. The galvanised is the budget equivalent of the early tin models but should last a long time with care. The copper is probably our most popular model linking nostalgia and looks together. The stainless steel is by far the strongest of the three and will probably last the longest.
